About the Role
Spanish Speaking Financial/Crypto Customer Service - Lisbon
A fantastic opportunity for a Spanish speaker, to join a crypto giant as a customer service agent in the heart of Lisbon.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting people with questions around their crypto account
- Ensuring clients are happy and resolve any of their issues around their accounts
- There is a clear career path with the opportunity to rise to team leadership and also Global leadership roles.
- A base salary of €985 x14 months
- A language bonus of €660 paid every 3 months for C2 level Spanish speakers, C1 is €450
- A signing bonus of €985 paid in month 2
- A food allowance of €7.23 per day
- A benefit allowance of €575 per year
- Healthcare from day 1
Monday-Friday covering 2 shifts, either 7am-4pm or 1pm-10pm
No weekends
No relocation is offered, you must be in Lisbon already with your fiscal numbers
Job starts October 6th 2025
What you’ll need to apply:
- Fluency in Spanish (C1+)
- English isn't necessary but a level of B1 is good.
- Experience in customer service of 12 months is required
- Experience in crypto or fintech is an advantage
- Be passionate
- Have the right to live and work in Portugal
