What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support Serbian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Provide clear product information, troubleshooting assistance, and order support

  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally

  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver exceptional service

  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in Serbian (C1) and good command of English (B2)

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, etc.)

Work Schedule

  • Office-based role in Sofia, Bulgaria

  • Monday to Friday shifts – no late nights or weekend work
