Salary and Benefits:

• A competitive to Madrid salary of €22.000 per year
• 40 hour a week contract for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days on, 2 days off
• 3 weeks fully paid training

Relocation Support

• Up to €200 travel reimbursement
• ???????Accommodation support: €300–€400 month, included in your first 3 months

Responsibilities:

• Assist users with, general inquiries  and technical support issues via phone, email, chat, and social channels
• Adapt brand voice and tone for interactions on private and public channels
• Respond to customer escalations and document relevant case information

Requirements

• Speak C2 level German and B2 level English
• Have the right to live and work in Spain or the EU
