Your role:

• Be the first point of contact for customers via calls, live chat, email and social media

• Assist with account queries and betting-related questions

• Provide excellent support to ensure a great customer experience

Requirements:

• Fluent German (spoken & written)

• Good English skills

• Confident communicator with problem-solving skills

• Interest in sports and betting

• Basic computer skills (MS Office)

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
