Czech-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Office-Based in Sofia, Bulgaria

What You’ll Do

  • Support Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and order enquiries

  • Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently

  • Work closely with internal departments to provide seamless support

  • Maintain accurate logs of customer communication

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in Czech (C1) and good English (B2)

  • Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required

  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset

  • Familiarity with MS Office and email systems

  • Team player with a proactive approach


Work Schedule

  • Location: Office-based in Sofia, Bulgaria

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, regular daytime shifts (no nights)
