Italian Digital Ads Customer Support in Lisbon,

Do you speak fluent Italian to C1/2 level and want a job working for a social media giant in Lisbon, Portugal.

• To be considered for this position you must have the right to work in Portugal
• You must also have a background in marketing or be interested in digital marketing with a degree or previous experience

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic €1000 per months, in Portugal you get paid x14 months
• €300 guaranteed bonus x12 
• A signing bonus of €2000 paid across the first 12 months
• Daily meal allowance of €7.23
• Travel allowance of €20 per month
• 6-month contract with possibility of extension

• If you're relocating from outside Portugal accommodation is provided in Porto or Lisbon (only) for €280 per month
• Flight is paid for after 6 months working

Responsibilities:

• Assist users with  general inquiries, and technical support via phone, email, chat, and social channels
• Support users of this social giant to promote their products and services better through reviewing content and optimising performance metrics
• Adapt brand voice and tone for interactions on private and public channels
• Respond to customer escalations and document relevant case information

Requirements

• Speak C1+ level Italian and B2 level English
• Hold an EU passport or have the right to live and work in Portugal
