Do you speak fluent Russian and want to work for the most exciting social channel there us? You'll work as a tech support agent for this major brand and get to fully understand how this social giant operates from behind the scenes. 

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic €1000 per months, in Portugal you get paid x14 months
• Daily meal allowance of €7.23
• 6-month minimum contract with possibility of extension

Working Hours:

• Monday to Sunday 24/7 shift schedule
• 25% extra for night hours. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist users with general inquiries, and technical support via phone, email, chat, and social channels
• Adapt brand voice and tone for interactions on private and public channels
• Respond to customer escalations and document relevant case information

• Speak C2 level Russian and B2 level English
• Have the right to live and work in Portugal or the EU
