German-Speaking Sales Account Manager – Athens, Greece

Location: Athens, Greece (Office-Based)
Salary: €1,760 – €2,200 gross/month (depending on experience)

Relocation Package: Flight reimbursement + 2 weeks' hotel accommodation

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a fluent German-speaking Sales Account Manager to join an international sales team based in Athens. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about client relationships and solution-based selling, ready to take the next step in their sales career within a globally recognised project (though we can't name it here!).

You’ll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your communication skills, business acumen and drive will be rewarded with ongoing training, career development opportunities, and a performance-based earning structure.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build and manage a portfolio of B2B accounts

• Engage with German-speaking clients via phone, email and virtual meetings

• Understand client needs and deliver tailored product solutions

• Meet and exceed sales KPIs and targets

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Who We're Looking For:

• Native or near-native German speaker

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

• Sales experience preferred (but not essential for highly motivated individuals)

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

• EU passport or right to work in Greece
