About the Role
French Speaking customer Service
Start date: Monday 3rd June 2025
Location: Porto, Portugal
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Unfixed Term)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, rotational shifts between Monday – Friday 8.30am-8pm
Salary: €870 gross/month + performance and benefits package
Location: Porto Work from office with possibility to go hybrid
About the Role
Join a global support team representing one of the world’s leading Benefits platforms
Primaries responsibilities:
- Activation of cards / accounts
- Modification of personal data
- Assistance with the use of the account and application
- Assistance with the use of the card
- top up / eligibility / limit / GMS)
- Explanation on failed payments
- Information and assistance on the use of virtual cards (Google pay / Apple pay)
- Assistance with the use of the card on the platform (Deliveroo / Ubereats)
- Help in understanding the elements of invoicing
- Help with placing orders
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in French
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar is advantageous
- Proactive, empathetic, and solutions-oriented approach
Compensation & Benefits
- €870 gross monthly salary
- €50 monthly role complement
- €74.58 Holiday Bonus & €74.58 Christmas Bonus
- Extra for working night shift hours
- €7.17 daily meal allowance (paid per worked day)
- €120 monthly performance bonus (from 4th month onward)
- Private medical and dental insurance after 6 months
- 30-day probation period
