Hebrew-Speaking Customer Service Representative (Remote – Bulgaria Based)

Location: Remote – Must be located in Bulgaria with the right to work
Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Sunday to Thursday: 15:30 – 00:00

• Friday and Saturday: Rotational shifts (24/7 coverage)

About the Role:
We’re looking for fluent Hebrew speakers to join a well-established global client in the medical and healthcare sector. This is a remote customer service role supporting patients and healthcare professionals. You’ll be handling inquiries via phone, email, or chat, offering timely and accurate information in a calm and professional manner.

• Monthly salary: 3,200 BGN gross

• Performance bonus: 10% monthly bonus (starting after your 3rd month)

Who We’re Looking For:

• Native or near-native fluency in Hebrew

• Good command of English (for training and internal communication)

• Based in Bulgaria and eligible to work without sponsorship

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working evening and weekend shifts

• Reliable internet connection and home working setup
