Slovenian Speaking Customer Support Remote in Romania

Job Title: Slovenian-Speaking Customer Support Representative (Work from Home – Romania-Based)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 19:00

Location: Remote – Based anywhere in Romania

Overview:
We are currently recruiting a Slovenian-speaking Customer Support Representative to provide high-quality support for a global technology brand. This is a full-time, work-from-home position for candidates already based in Romania, with excellent benefits and long-term career opportunities.

After six months, successful employees may have the option to temporarily relocate to Slovenia for 5–6 months (subject to project manager approval), before returning to Romania.

What’s On Offer:

• Base Salary: 9,000 RON gross/month (approximately €1,800 gross)

• Signing Bonus: €2,000 gross, paid across the first 12 months

• Performance Bonus:

  • Up to €200 gross/month after 3 months

  • Up to €300 gross/month after 12 months

  • Up to €400 gross/month after 24 months

• Accommodation Support:

  • 3 months in company-provided accommodation (Cluj-Napoca)

  • Followed by 3 months’ rent allowance at €500 gross/month

  • Or 6 months’ rent allowance if relocating to another city in Romania

• Meal Tickets: 30 RON per working day (approx. €120/month), loaded on a personal meal card

• Private Medical Subscription: Starting from the second month of employment

• Relocation Support: Transportation covered by the company (plane, train, or bus)

• Referral Bonus: Up to €1,000 gross for each successful referral

Candidate Profile:

• Fluent in Slovenian (C2 level)

• Confident English skills (for internal communication and training)

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills

• Must be based in Romania or willing to relocate

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
