Your Role:

  • Handle inbound calls and emails from Dutch-speaking customers
  • Provide support for three key products:
  • Voucher Services – used for cleaning, groceries, and transport assistance
  • Electronic Vouchers & Cards – supporting eco, lunch, sport, and gift cards
  • Business-to-Business Services – assisting companies managing employee benefits
  • Complete administrative tasks and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow company procedures and collaborate with internal teams

    Who We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in Dutch (C1) and English (B2+)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet home office setup

    Work Details:

  • Location: Fully remote, anywhere in Bulgaria
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 21:00 (rotating shifts, 40 hours per week)
