About the Role

German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote – Bulgaria)
 

Are you fluent in German and passionate about helping people? We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic international project in the e-commerce space, supporting users in resolving issues related to purchases and disputes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle customer queries via phone and email

  • Support users with cases where items are not received, arrive damaged, or where sellers are uncooperative

  • Assist with dispute resolutions and appeals

  • Provide high-quality service while following internal policies and procedures

  • Work confidently with internal systems (basic English required for internal tools)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 23:00

  • Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 – 21:00

What We Offer:

  • Monthly Gross Salary: 2,300 BGN

  • Bonuses:

  • 300 BGN gross monthly attendance bonus (after training)

  • 10% quality performance bonus (starting from the 4th month)

  • Signing Bonus totalling 1,800 EUR gross:

  • Month 1: €500

  • Month 2: €250

  • Month 3: €250

  • Month 4: €400

  • Month 6: €400

Requirements:

  • Fluent German (C1) – written and spoken

  • Basic English (A1/A2) – to navigate internal systems

  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
