German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote – Bulgaria)
Are you fluent in German and passionate about helping people? We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic international project in the e-commerce space, supporting users in resolving issues related to purchases and disputes.
What You’ll Do:

Handle customer queries via phone and email
-
Support users with cases where items are not received, arrive damaged, or where sellers are uncooperative
-
Assist with dispute resolutions and appeals
-
Provide high-quality service while following internal policies and procedures
-
Work confidently with internal systems (basic English required for internal tools)
Working Hours:
-
Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 23:00
-
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 – 21:00
What We Offer:

Monthly Gross Salary: 2,300 BGN

Bonuses:
-
300 BGN gross monthly attendance bonus (after training)

10% quality performance bonus (starting from the 4th month)

Signing Bonus totalling 1,800 EUR gross:

Month 1: €500

Month 2: €250
-
Month 3: €250
-
Month 4: €400

Month 6: €400
Requirements:

Fluent German (C1) – written and spoken

Basic English (A1/A2) – to navigate internal systems

Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities

Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
