Benefits 

• Basic of €870 per month x 14 - Options to have this paid over 12 months. 
• Language bonus of €100 per month guaranteed
• €7.17 in food per day worked

• Flight reimbursed to the value of €200 on completion of 3 months 
• €360 is paid per month for the first 6 months to support with accommodation costs.

What you'll be doing

• Respond professionally and with empathy to Inbound phone calls, messaging, chat channels including urgent situations. 
• The core work of an Aircover Support Specialist is to provide excellent community support by investigating, evaluating and resolving claims for hosts and guests filling a claim under our Airbnb Host Damage Protection, Host Liability Insurance, Experience Liability Insurance.
• Focused on fully understanding policies and their rationale, while implementing those to ensure the best interest of our community is satisfied.
• Investigate, identify and escalate issues appropriately by prioritizing urgent and sensitive matters. 
• Implementation of emergency plans and ability to communicate them in an effective and sensitive manner to individuals needing support. 
• Management of cases with varying complexities involving safety concerns by using trauma informed methodology and best practices. 
• Provide exceptional Claims service for our user-facing protections such as our Host Damage Protection, Host Liability Insurance, Experience Liability insurance and other support tolls offered by Airbnb

• 40 hours per week across 5, 8 hour shifts between 9am-11pm
• No contract term - you can leave when you want so literally do this for the summer!
• On site working
• 22 days holiday
