Italian Customer Support - Lisbon

Do you speak fluent Italian and want to experience a new country, well now is your opportunity to live and work in Portugal. You'll work as a technical support agent for a major brand and enjoy everything Portugal has to offer.

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic €1000 per months, in Portugal you get paid x14 months
• €2000 signing bonus
• Up to €120 performance bonus per month
• Daily meal allowance of €7.23
• 6-month minimum contract with possibility of extension

• If you're relocating from outside Portugal accommodation is provided in Porto or Lisbon (only) for €280 per month
• Flight is paid for after 6 months working

Working Hours:

• Monday to Sunday: 09:00 to 18:00 (Rotational)
• Rotational 2 days off

Responsibilities:

• Assist users with general inquiries, and technical support via phone, email, chat, and social channels
• Adapt brand voice and tone for interactions on private and public channels
• Respond to customer escalations and document relevant case information

• Speak C2 level Italian and B2 level English
• Have the right to live and work in Portugal or the EU
