Slovenian Customer Service Representative – Sofia, Bulgaria

What You’ll Do

• Assist Slovenian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Provide product information, troubleshooting, and order support
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experiences
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in Slovenian (C1) and good English skills (B2)
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, etc.)

Work Schedule & Start Date

• Office-based role in Sofia, Bulgaria
• Start Date: 22nd April
• Monday to Friday shifts (no late-night work)
