About the Role
Hebrew-Speaking Customer Service Representative – Budapest, Hungary
We are seeking Hebrew-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a growing team in Budapest. This is an office-based role offering competitive pay, performance bonuses, and private health insurance from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information and solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
What We Offer:
- Salary: 550000 HUF gross/month
- Bonus following probation: 70000 HUF

Working Hours:
- Hebrew Language Support: Monday to Sunday, 24/7 rotational shifts (office-based only)
