About the Role
Are you fluent in Norwegian (C1) and English (B2)? Do you have a passion for customer service and problem-solving? This is your chance to join a leading international company providing top-tier customer support for a well-known TV and streaming service provider.
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding subscriptions, billing, contracts, and technical issues.
- Provide first and second-line support for both individual and business customers.
- Assist with service troubleshooting, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Process customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Make occasional outbound calls for administrative purposes, such as customer feedback and payment reminders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in Norwegian (C1) and English (B2).
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Basic technical and administrative knowledge.
- Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (Mon-Fri: 08:00-18:00).
