About the Role
We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support customers of a leading TV and streaming service provider. In this role, you will assist both business and residential customers with billing, contracts, and technical support, ensuring a smooth and high-quality service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-line support for customers using TV and streaming services.
- Handle billing and contract inquiries, ensuring clarity and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with technical troubleshooting, guiding customers through issues related to their service.
- Process customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct outbound calls for feedback collection and payment reminders.
Requirements:
- Fluent Danish (C1) and English (B2) – both written and spoken.
- At least six months of customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Basic administrative and technical knowledge.
- Availability to work five days per week in rotating shifts:
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 19:00
- Weekends: 10:00 – 16:00
