About the Role

We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support customers of a leading TV and streaming service provider. In this role, you will assist both business and residential customers with billing, contracts, and technical support, ensuring a smooth and high-quality service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-line support for customers using TV and streaming services.
  • Handle billing and contract inquiries, ensuring clarity and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with technical troubleshooting, guiding customers through issues related to their service.
  • Process customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Conduct outbound calls for feedback collection and payment reminders.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Danish (C1) and English (B2) – both written and spoken.
  • At least six months of customer service experience.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Basic administrative and technical knowledge.
  • Availability to work five days per week in rotating shifts:
    • Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 19:00
    • Weekends: 10:00 – 16:00
