About the Role

Are you a driven sales professional fluent in German? Join a global leader in computing hardware sales and take full ownership of developing business opportunities in your assigned territory. What’s on Offer?

  • Base Salary: €1,250 per month (paid 14 times per year) = €17,500 per year
  • Performance Bonus: €50 per month (at 100% achievement) = €200 per quarter / €800 per year
  • Overachievement Bonus: Paid up to 130% of performance targets
  • Welcome Bonus: €100 per month (for the first 6 months) = €600 in total
  • Daily Cash Bonus:
  • First 12 months: €3 net per working day (approx. €660 per year)
  • After 12 months: €6 net per working day (approx. €1,320 per year)

    Your Responsibilities

    • End-to-End Sales Management: Drive sales of computing hardware solutions, either directly or via channel partners
    • Proactive Account Management: Prioritise sales tasks depending on account type (hunting vs. farming)
    • Strategic Growth: Develop account plans to achieve revenue, market share, and portfolio goals
    • Sales & Negotiation: Engage with customers to cross-sell, upsell, and drive customer spend across the portfolio
    • Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, ensuring timely reporting and strategic alignment
    • Customer Relationship Building: Develop strong professional relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
    • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales and KPI targets

    Who We’re Looking For

    • Fluent German speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills
    • B2B sales experience with a track record of achieving targets
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
    • Commercial mindset with the ability to develop long-term customer relationships
    • IT-literate with an interest in technology solutions
    • Goal-oriented, tenacious, and eager to learn

    Working Hours & Training

    • Full-time position (40 hours per week)
    • Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Local Country Time)
    • No shifts, fixed schedule adapted to country needs
    • 14 days of structured training before starting live work
