About the Role
Are you fluent in German and looking for a rewarding customer service role with a leading European banking institution? What’s on Offer?
- Base Salary: €1,300 per month (paid 14 times per year) = €18,200 per year
- Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of annual salary = Up to €1,820 per year
- Project Bonus: €50 per month = €600 per year
- Welcome Bonus: €100 per month (for the first 12 months) = €1,200 for the first year
- Daily Cash Bonus:
- First 12 months: €3 net per working day (approx. €660 per year)
- After 12 months: €6 net per working day (approx. €1,320 per year)
Your Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Identify and assess customer needs to deliver top-tier service
- Build strong, trusting relationships through clear and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, complete, and valid information using the right tools and processes
- Meet personal and team targets for customer service performance
- Maintain records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
- Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure service quality
Working Hours & Environment
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 23:00
- Saturday & Sunday: 09:00 – 23:00
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
- Hybrid working model after completing 16 days of training
