Holidays

• -  According to the Portuguese law you will be entitled to 22 business days of annual leave.

• -  Signing a Portuguese contract the Portuguese public holidays are applied. In case you work on a Portuguese public holiday the compensation will be set according to the Portuguese law.

  Holiday and Christmas Bonuses:

  In Portugal you will receive Holiday and Christmas bonuses each being equal to one extra month of your base salary and fix complements.
  **Bonuses can be divided by 12 and paid each month.

  Relocation Package (only for candidates with relocation needs*):

• -  Up to 200.00 euros for the cost of a travel ticket (Reimbursed after 3 months upon evidence of travel ticket)

• -  Up to 360.00 euros for accommodation. per month for the first 6 months (reimbursed during 3 months)

• -  Accommodation Support customized to your needs and your budget which can include assistance with temporary accommodation in the first weeks and/or finding permanent accommodation

  *Depending on area of residence (when candidate applied)

Training

The training period is fully paid by Foundever and included in the contract – contract start date will correspond to your first day of training.
