Spanish or Catalan Speaking Customer Service - Portugal, Lisbon

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers in the German market via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
• Provide first class business user support.
• Document customer interactions and issues in the appropriate systems
• Shift work, across Monday-Sunday, full time in the office, central Lisbon. 

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish or Catalan to C2 level (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Customer service or support experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based application
