What You’ll Do:
- Connect with customers through phone, email, and live chat to provide friendly, support.
- Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve queries with empathy, and efficiency.
- Work closely with your colleagues to share knowledge, strategies, and insights to continuously improve service.
- €1000 plus 10% bonus each month
- 10% monthly performance bonus
