What you’ll do:
 
  • Help people navigate the digital world. Whether it's troubleshooting, guiding users, or fixing issues, your work will make a real difference.
  • Solve tech issues for customers via chat, email, and phone.
  • Keep up with the latest tech trends and updates to provide top-notch support.
  • Help users become more tech-savvy through guidance and tutorials.
  • Work with other teams to improve products and services based on user feedback.
  1. Annual salary €18,325.

  5. Relocation package 
  6. Shift pattern Monday to Friday – 08:00AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational) 
    Saturday and Sunday – 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
    Days Off: 2 Days Rotational
