What You'll Do:
  • Evaluate and monitor customer interactions (calls, emails, chats) for quality, compliance, and service excellence.
  • Provide actionable feedback to agents, highlighting areas of improvement and celebrating successes.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to develop improvement plans and training programs.
  • Ensure that customer service policies, procedures, and best practices are consistently followed.
  • Analyze performance trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving overall service quality.
  • Assist in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by identifying pain points and offering solutions.
