Salary: €1000 gross/month + performance bonuses
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 09:30-17:30 (IT)

Job Summary:

A leading e-commerce platform is searching for a proactive Sales Advisor fluent in Italian with a good command of English to join our team. This role involves registering small-to-medium sized businesses, reaching out to decision-makers, and fostering relationships to encourage B2B registration.

Key Responsibilities:

• New User Registration: Register small-to-medium sized businesses for a leading e-commerce platform.
• Client Outreach: Contact decision-makers of existing B2C clients and potential B2B clients via phone and email to promote B2B platform membership.
• Relationship Management: Follow up closely and build strong relationships with decision-makers to secure B2B registration.
• Sales Execution: Use negotiation and communication skills to drive the registration and growth of the platform.

Requirements:

• Sales Experience: Previous experience in B2C or B2B sales.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-Motivation: A self-starter attitude with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Competitive Spirit: Comfortable working with targets and motivated by competition.
• Result-Oriented: Ability to create and close business effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Italian with a good command of English (B2 to C1 level).
