About the Role
Dutch Customer Service in Lisbon, Portugal!
Do you speak fluent Dutch and want to experience a new country, well now is your opportunity to live and work in Lisbon, Portugal. You'll work as a customer service agent for a major brand and enjoy everything Portugal has to offer.
Salary and Benefits:
- €1100 per months, in Portugal you get paid x14 months
- Up to €120 performance bonus per month
- Daily meal allowance of €7.23
- Travel allowance of €20 per month
- Apartment for people relocating costing just €280 per month which includes all bills
- Reimbursement of airfare on completion of 6 months work.
- 6-month contract with possibility of extension
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 20:00 (Rotational)
- Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 to 17:00
- Rotational 2 days off
Responsibilities:
- Assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat, and social channels
- Adapt brand voice and tone for interactions on private and public channels
- Respond to customer escalations and document relevant case information
- Speak C2 level Dutch and B2 level English
- Have the right to live and work in Portugal or the EU
