Dutch Technical Support Service in Lisbon, Portugal!

Do you speak fluent Dutch and want to experience a new country, well now is your opportunity to live and work in Lisbon, Portugal. You'll work as a Technical Support agent for a major digital tech brand and enjoy everything Portugal has to offer.

Salary and Benefits:

• €1100 per months, in Portugal you get paid x14 months
• Additional guaranteed bonus of €135 per month
• Up to €120 performance bonus per month
• Daily meal allowance of €7.23
• Travel allowance of €20 per month
• Apartment for people relocating costing just €280 per month which includes all bills
• Reimbursement of airfare on completion of 6 months work.
• 6-month contract with possibility of extension

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 20:00 (Rotational)
• Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 to 17:00
• Rotational 2 days off

Responsibilities:

• Assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat, and social channels
• Adapt brand voice and tone for interactions on private and public channels
• Respond to customer escalations and document relevant case information

• Speak C2 level Dutch and B2 level English
• Have the right to live and work in Portugal or the EU
