German Customer Service Representative — Szczecin, Poland
Salary: 7,900 PLN gross per month

Are you a fluent German speaker looking to grow your career abroad? We are currently recruiting motivated and customer-focused individuals to join an international team in Szczecin, supporting one of Europe’s leading online retail projects.

What’s on offer:

• Relocation package: Your flight is paid for, plus 2 weeks’ hotel accommodation on arrival to help you settle in.

• Permanent, full-time contract: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

• Working hours: 8-hour shifts between 09:00 and 18:00.

Your profile:

• German language: C1 level (fluent)

• English language: B2 level (good)

• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide professional and friendly customer support by phone, email and chat.

• Assist with order enquiries, deliveries, returns and general product questions.

• Keep customer records accurate and up to date.

• Work closely with your team to maintain high service standards at all times.
