We’re hiring English-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a global customer support operation based in Athens. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a structured, professional environment with excellent long-term benefits.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls, providing clear and helpful assistance across multiple markets

Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Communicate in a professional and empathetic manner at all times

Work collaboratively to achieve team performance targets and service levels
What We’re Looking For:

Fluency in English (B2 level or higher) – both spoken and written

Confident communicator with a strong phone presence

Previous customer service experience is an advantage

Reliable, solution-focused, and a strong team player

Based in Athens or able to commute independently to the office, including during night shifts

Greek is not required
Salary & Benefits:

€1,200 gross monthly salary

25% night shift premium (for hours between 22:00–06:00, in line with Greek labour law)

€7.17 daily meal allowance (approx. €50/month in vouchers)
