About the Role

Location: Gdansk, Poland (office-based)
Contract Type: Full-time, Part-time, or ¾-time available
Hourly Rate: 49 PLN/hour
Estimated Annual Salary: approx. 102,000 PLN/year (based on full-time: 8 hrs/day, 5 days/week)

Join the support team for one of the world’s most well-known travel and hospitality platforms (name confidential). You’ll be helping German-speaking customers with their bookings, enquiries, and service needs. It’s a people-first role with training, stability, and strong earning potential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via phone and email regarding bookings, questions, and complaints

  • Offer helpful, accurate information and solutions in a professional manner

  • Deliver excellent service in every interaction

  • Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing, multilingual team


Schedule & Contract:

  • Working Hours: 07:00 – 21:00 (shifts scheduled within this range)

  • Days: Monday to Sunday (approx. 2 weekends per month)

  • Work Mode: On-site only (Gdansk)

  • Contract Options:

    • Umowa zlecenia (for students under 26)

    • Umowa o prac? (for all other candidates)


What You’ll Need:

  • German at C1 level

  • English at B2 level or higher

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

  • Willingness to work shifts including some weekends

  • Eligibility to work in Poland and based near or in Gdansk


Salary & Benefits:

  • 49 PLN/hour

  • Estimated full-time salary: ~102,000 PLN/year

  • Performance bonus: up to 5% monthly

  • Retention bonus: up to 1,500 PLN every 6 months

  • After 1 year: $150 platform credit reward
