As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries related to products, orders, deliveries, and general support. You’ll work in a fast-paced, structured environment where attention to detail and a positive attitude make all the difference.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat

Assist with product questions, order tracking, returns, and general inquiries

Accurately log all customer interactions using internal systems (CRM)

Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service excellence
Who We’re Looking For:

Fluent in Danish (C1 level)

English proficiency (B2+ minimum)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask

Willingness to work shifts within Monday to Sunday, 09:00–18:00 CET

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential
