Benefits 

• Basic of €870 per month x 14 - Options to have this paid over 12 months. 
• Language bonus of €50 per month guaranteed
• €1500 signing bonus 
• €7.17 in food per day worked

• Flight reimbursed to the value of €200 on completion of 3 months 
• €360 is paid per month for the first 6 months to support with accommodation costs.

What you'll be doing

• Respond professionally and with empathy to Inbound phone calls, messaging, chat channels including urgent situations. 
• The core work is to provide excellent community support for users of Tiktok but primarily support businesses users on how to better promote their products
• Focused on fully understanding policies and their rationale
• Investigate, identify and escalate issues appropriately by prioritizing urgent and sensitive matters. 
• Provide exceptional business consultancy services

• 40 hours per week across 5, 8 hour shifts between 9am-11pm
• No contract term - you can leave when you want so literally do this for the summer!
• On site working
• 22 days holiday
