Salary and Benefits:

• Basic €1500 per months, in Portugal you get paid x14 months
• Up to €140 performance bonus per month
• Daily meal allowance of €7.23
• 6-month contract with possibility of extension
• 40 hours per week Mon-Sun 7am-7pm
• All equipement supplied
• Training online, fully paid, from home

Responsibilities:

• Assist users with  general inquiries, and technical support via phone, email, chat, and social channels
• Adapt brand voice and tone for interactions on private and public channels
• Respond to customer escalations and document relevant case information

Requirements

• Speak C2 level Danish and B2 level English
