Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Role in the Technology Sector – Relocate to Seville!

Good morning,

Are you a native Dutch speaker with strong English skills (C1) looking for your next career opportunity in a vibrant international environment? Join a leading technology campaign in Seville, supporting customers for a renowned global brand in the audio equipment industry.

What We Offer:

  • Permanent, in-person position based in Seville (Avenida República Argentina)

  • Start Dates: Training begins June 2, 2025 (contracted from day one)

  • Full-time contract: 39 hours per week, 6-month duration (2-month probation), with the possibility of extension

  • Salary: €21,900 gross per year (paid in 12 installments, including language bonus)

  • Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 to 18:00 (alternating weekends)

  • Training: 4 weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 (fully paid and included in your contract)

Relocation Support:

  • Travel reimbursement: Up to €200 for your move to Seville (refunded after 3 months of employment)

  • Accommodation assistance: €300–€400 gross per month, included in your first three payrolls to help with housing costs (requires proof of payment)

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat in English, focusing on audio technology products

  • Identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty

Who You Are:

  • Native Dutch speaker

  • English proficiency at C1 level

  • Experience in customer service or technology support is a plus

  • Eligible to work in Spain (NIE or European passport, Spanish bank account, NAF)

  • Willing to relocate to Seville and work on-site
