German Sales Executive – Hybrid Role in Athens

What You’ll Do
- Drive end-to-end sales for computing hardware in your assigned territory.
- Manage accounts through a mix of new business development and account farming.
- Support global account managers with pricing, projects, and follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while cross-selling and upselling.
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Develop strategic account plans to maximise revenue and market share.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide timely forecasts.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2+)
- Previous B2B sales experience or strong commercial acumen
- Ability to work independently and prioritise key accounts
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in hardware, technology, or IT sales is a plus

- Competitive Salary:
- Entry salary: €1,250 gross per month (Level 1)
- Increase upon reaching Level 2
- Performance bonus: €250 per month at 100% target (up to 130% achievable = €325)
