German Sales Executive – Hybrid Role in Athens

What You’ll Do

  • Drive end-to-end sales for computing hardware in your assigned territory.
  • Manage accounts through a mix of new business development and account farming.
  • Support global account managers with pricing, projects, and follow-ups.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while cross-selling and upselling.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Develop strategic account plans to maximise revenue and market share.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide timely forecasts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2+)
  • Previous B2B sales experience or strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise key accounts
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in hardware, technology, or IT sales is a plus

  • Competitive Salary:
    • Entry salary: €1,250 gross per month (Level 1)
    • Increase upon reaching Level 2
    • Performance bonus: €250 per month at 100% target (up to 130% achievable = €325)
