What You’ll Do:
- Identify and research potential customers through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and social media.
- Engage with leads, assess their needs, and qualify opportunities.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client requirements and present solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients, driving additional revenue.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2+)
- 1+ years of sales experience (business development, lead generation, prospecting, or similar)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Experience using CRM systems and sales development tools is a plus
- A team player with a results-driven mindset
