Spanish Sales Representative – Athens, Greece

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and research potential customers through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and social media.
• Engage with leads, assess their needs, and qualify opportunities.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client requirements and present solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships to move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients, driving additional revenue.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Spanish (C1) and English (B2+)
• 1+ years of sales experience (business development, lead generation, prospecting, or similar)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Experience using CRM systems and sales development tools is a plus
• A team player with a results-driven mindset
