Salary and Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Assist users with general inquiries, and technical support via phone, email, chat, and social channels
- Adapt brand voice and tone for interactions on private and public channels
- Respond to customer escalations and document relevant case information
- Speak C2 level German and B2 level English
- Have the right to live and work in Portugal or the EU
