What’s on Offer?
Competitive Salary with Clear Progression:
- Training Period: €1,020 per month (including language allowance)
- Post-Training: €1,403 per month (including language allowance)
- After Probation: €1,450 per month (including language allowance)
- With Performance Increases: Up to €1,530 per month (including language allowance)
- Performance Bonuses: Earn up to €2,500 per year
- Commission: Additional earnings up to €3,000 per year
- Language Allowance: €85 per month (€1,020 per year)
Working Hours:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday to Sunday, between 8 AM – 7 PM
- Start Date: 4th April
Your Role:
- Handle incoming customer calls, converting inquiries into sales.
- Work towards performance targets in sales, call-handling, and service quality.
- Track and manage customer reservations, ensuring seamless support.
- Assist other markets by handling cross-market calls.
- Professionally handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Share customer feedback with team leaders to improve service quality.
- Work as part of a collaborative and motivated team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (C1) – both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
