Your Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries.
• Identify and assess customer needs to provide effective solutions.
• Build strong relationships through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate information using the appropriate tools and methods.
• Meet personal and team targets for case handling and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
• Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Native or near-native German speaker.
• Strong command of English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent phone communication and active listening skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with adaptability to different customer personalities.
• Strong multitasking, prioritisation, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of electronic devices and home appliances is a plus.
